These days systems are expected to be virtually 100% available in order to ensure the safety of all traffic participants. If anything does go wrong, we guarantee reliable support and fast, efficient repairs.

 

For this purpose, DÜRR Group GmbH not only has a highly qualified team of service engineers with all the necessary cross-system know-how at their fingertips; we also design our systems as integrated, object-oriented total system solutions with fast response and fault rectification in mind.

 

Our 24-hour service is available if required according to requirement profile and SLA, including remote fault diagnosis and resolution, telephone fault resolution assistance, remote maintenance and on-site fault resolution.

The structure of our service organization allows us at any time to meet the usual requirements profiles in terms of fault acceptance, troubleshooting, maintenance, service and support.
