Quality to come standard

These days, quality – especially top quality – is a prerequisite. But for us, quality is more than just a buzzword. Quality is the result of listening closely to our customers and carefully analysing their requirements. So quality is essentially a subjective concept. Who defines the minimum standard? Where do the boundaries lie between feasibility and cost-effectiveness? What quality level can be achieved? The concept of ‘quality’ becomes the key factor when it comes to the sensitive issues of traffic, where safety and durability have to be weighed up against cost and feasibility.
